Terms and Conditions of Rental
Making a Booking
Bookings are provisional until a non refundable deposit of 20% has been received. If no deposit has been received within 14 days, the booking will be cancelled. Clients are requested to read these Terms and Conditions of Rental and return a signed copy of the completed Booking Form with the deposit. Once the appropriate payment has been received we will confirm in writing via either E Mail or Post.
Payment
Full payment must be complete eight weeks before departure. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation by you
Results in the following charges; More than eight weeks before departure – deposit. Less than eight weeks before departure – full Rental Price. We advise you to ensure your Travel Insurance cover include the cancellation of holiday.
Arrival and Departure
The property will be available to you from 4pm (local time) on the day of your arrival until 10am (local time) on the day of your departure. If you plan to arrive prior to 4pm, please let us know and we will endeavor to have the property ready for you. If you are unable to arrive at a reasonable time please let us know beforehand.
Property Breakdown
The property is cleaned and checked prior to your arrival, however, in the unlikely event of any property breakdown, you are asked to report to us to ensure repairs can be effected at the earliest possible time. We are not liable for any temporary breakdown in supply of public services to the property.
Safety
Should you or any member of your party cause damage to the property, its contents, grounds or any third party then you are deemed to be responsible for damage. |
